Job summary

Cforge? Coforge is seeking an experienced Tier III Production Support professional to manage enterprise applications in the Life Sciences domain.

You will investigate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to validate fixes. The role requires 8+ years of production support experience, strong SQL and troubleshooting skills, and proven ability to improve platform stability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Tier III Application Support or Production Support experience.
• Experience with software configuration and troubleshooting.
• SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams.
• SaaS or enterprise application support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Life Sciences/Clinical Research experience preferred.
