Job summary

Remote Build is Remote's agentic shift: as AI agents proliferate across HR and Finance stacks, they need to route through the employment infrastructure layer to ensure compliance and scale. As Senior DevOps for Remote Build, you'll own the operational excellence and infrastructure strategy to keep the platform reliable, performant, and safe for customers.

You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success to scale engagements from day

Qualifications

• Senior-level SRE experience in production systems at scale.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Strong Bash scripting and Linux knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IaC patterns at scale.
• Build observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Embed security and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Optimize performance and cloud costs.
• Automate manual ops and improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure reliable APIs and tooling.
