Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a highly autonomous engineer to help run and scale our multi-tenant infrastructure across regions using AWS and Kubernetes. You’ll own parts of the technical roadmap and work with teams across the organisation to deliver value quickly.

The role emphasizes security, observability, and reliability as our platform scales with global growth. You’ll collaborate with developers and other disciplines to ensure seamless operation and trusted releases.

Responsibilities

• Build and support multi-tenant infrastructure across regions using AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate release pipelines to ship updates multiple times per day.
• Strengthen security and monitoring of the infrastructure to detect issues quickly.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and salespeople to make a difference for customers.
• Own the infrastructure roadmap and drive engineering impact.
