gearset is seeking a senior DevOps leader to operate and evolve multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure across global regions. The role merges hands-on depth with owning the infrastructure roadmap to help engineering teams ship safely and frequently.

You will drive architecture decisions, scale production systems on Kubernetes and AWS, and implement robust CI/CD practices. Collaboration with product and security teams is essential for reliable, secure deployments in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS (Postgres), S3, and EKS.
• Proven track record running production Kubernetes workloads and managing clusters at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for frequent, safe releases.
• Background supporting a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS product through growth.
• Pragmatic mindset that values iteration, ownership, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Operate, scale, and harden production infrastructure built on Kubernetes and AWS across a multi-region, multi-tenant environment.
• Drive the infrastructure roadmap, making architectural decisions that maximise engineering impact and long-term reliability.
• Partner closely with application engineers to ensure services deploy safely and run smoothly at scale.
• Build and refine the automation, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices that enable multiple production deployments per day.
• Lead security initiatives across networking, identity, data protection, and incident detection and response.
• Support colleagues across product, data, design, and go-to-market teams by delivering reliable, well-documented platform capabilities.
