Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead the scaling and evolution of a rapidly growing financial technology platform. In this pivotal role, you will design and operate robust cloud infrastructure, enhance system reliability for sensitive financial workloads, and drive the maturation of deployment tooling and observability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infra Engineering.
• Hands-on AWS experience and Kubernetes clustering at scale.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or similar.
• Strong PostgreSQL performance tuning and backups.
• Secure handling of fintech data in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.
• Improve reliability, availability, and performance as workloads grow.
• Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
• Collaborate with backend and data teams on PostgreSQL performance and backups.
• Strengthen infrastructure security and access controls.
