Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead the scaling of a rapidly growing fintech platform. You will design and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and build robust Kubernetes production environments.

You will improve reliability for sensitive workloads, mature deployment tooling and observability, collaborate with backend and data engineers on PostgreSQL, and strengthen security across the infrastructure in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on AWS environments.
• Experience designing and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Proven track record scaling high-availability systems.
• PostgreSQL administration and performance tuning.
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or similar.
• CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
• Security for sensitive/regulated data.
• Startup environment ownership.
• Fintech/wealth management experience desirable.
• SOC 2 experience preferred.
• Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Operate Kubernetes-based production environments.
• Improve reliability, availability, and performance for growing workloads.
• Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD, observability tooling.
• Work with backend and data engineers on PostgreSQL performance and backups.
• Strengthen infra security and access controls.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve scalability and resilience.
• Define infra standards as the organization grows.
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
