Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ArgoCD deployment automation.
• Scripting/programming to automate infrastructure operations and tooling.
• Understanding of cloud reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and improve performance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments.
• Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity and throughput.
• Partner with engineering to establish DevOps best practices and deployment workflows.
• Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and potential failure points and resolve them.
• Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation to support production reliability.
• Own and drive infrastructure projects to scale and harden the Mark43 platform.
