Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to scale and maintain our public safety platform. You will optimize AWS infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and enhance observability while ensuring high availability and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

You will work with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to improve reliability, automation, and developer productivity. Remote-friendly role with on-call duties and strong emphasis on platform health.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ArgoCD.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, testing, deployments.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, troubleshooting.
• Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt DevOps best practices and improve deployment workflows.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and risks.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production.
• Drive long-term scalability and health of the Mark43 platform.
