Job summary

Ryan is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem, an Internal Developer Portal (IDP), and secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.

You will combine software development with cloud infrastructure, focusing on automation, platform engineering, and scalable network architecture to help teams build and deploy software faster and more reliably.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Harness/CloudBees) and modern software delivery practices.
• Deep development expertise in Java and/or Node.js environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure including networking and serverless tech.
• Advanced proficiency with Terraform and IaC principles.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Champion a DevOps culture with automation-first mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) for self-service infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js apps across AWS/Azure.
• Build standardized deployment workflows and reusable pipeline templates; optimize performance and observability.
• Design cloud infrastructure with Terraform; enable governance via policy-as-code and secure networking.
