Job summary

Ryan is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem, an Internal Developer Portal (IDP), and secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. The role blends software development with cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering to accelerate reliable software delivery.

You will help standardize developer tooling, enable self-service, and build scalable cloud-native architectures while collaborating across engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software/DevOps experience.
• Proven evolution from software development into cloud infrastructure and automation.
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and modern delivery practices.
• Deep Java and/or Node.js development experience.
• Strong AWS/Azure hands-on with networking and serverless.
• Terraform and IaC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js apps.
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS/Azure.
• Incorporate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates in pipelines.
• Create reusable pipeline templates and libraries for best practices.
• Improve deployment performance, reliability, and observability.
