Job summary

Ryan seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem and an Internal Developer Portal (IDP). You will enable secure cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments, while aligning automation with platform engineering.

This role blends software development with cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering to help engineering teams build, test, and deploy faster and more reliably.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/DevOps/cloud
• Experience from software to cloud infra and automation
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and modern delivery practices
• Deep development skills in Java and/or Node.js
• Strong AWS/Azure experience including networking and serverless
• Terraform and IaC proficiency
• Experience with secure software delivery and Git strategies
• Kubernetes and Docker experience
• Capability to lead evaluations for new tools/processes

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js applications.
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS and Azure environments.
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates in pipelines.
• Create reusable pipeline templates and libraries to enforce best practices.
• Improve build performance, reliability, and observability.
• Design cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform) and governance via policy-as-code.
• Lead DevSecOps practices and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to internal developer portal and self-service tooling.
