Job summary

Ryan in Cleveland is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to design and run a fully automated CI/CD ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will blend software development with platform engineering to accelerate delivery.

You will build the Internal Developer Portal, standardize pipelines, and ensure security, reliability, and observability. The role requires hands‑on cloud, scripting, and collaboration across engineering, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud/platform engineering.
• Transition from development to cloud infrastructure and automation.
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Deep in Java and/or Node.js applications, and AWS/Azure networking.

Responsibilities

• Champion automation-first DevOps culture and cross-team collaboration.
• Architect and implement internal developer portal (IDP) for self-service infra and templates.
• Design automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, Node.js across AWS/Azure/on-prem.
• Build reusable templates and enforce best practices in deployment and security policies.
