Job summary

Ryan is seeking a senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design and scale automated CI/CD pipelines across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will build an Internal Developer Portal, standardize deployment workflows, and advance platform engineering with security‑first practices.

You will collaborate across engineering, security, and operations to boost reliability, speed, and self‑service capabilities for development teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, DevOps, cloud/platform
• Progression into cloud infra and automation
• 6+ years with CI/CD tools (Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Deep development with Java and/or Node.js
• Strong AWS and/or Azure experience (networking, serverless)
• Terraform and IaC proficiency
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures
• Git branching strategies and DevSecOps practices
• Docker and Kubernetes experience
• Leadership in evaluating new tools and automation
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and documentation

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS and Azure
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates
• Create reusable pipeline templates and shared libraries
• Improve build performance, reliability, and observability
• Design cloud infrastructure with IaC (Terraform) and governance
• Lead DevOps/Platform best practices and monitoring
• Develop an Internal Developer Portal to enable self-service infrastructure
