Job summary

Ryan is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design and implement an automated CI/CD ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. The role blends software development with cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering to accelerate software delivery.

You will help standardize deployment, improve reliability, and enable self-service tooling for engineering teams, while advancing secure software delivery and observability capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• Six+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and modern software delivery practices.
• Deep development experience in Java and/or Node.js environments.

Responsibilities

• Champion a DevOps culture with automation-first mindset and collaboration across teams.
• Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) for self-service infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, and Node.js applications.
• Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS and Azure environments and enforce best practices.
• Lead tool evaluations and pilot projects for new automation and platform engineering capabilities.
