Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer IV to join our team in Maryland. The role emphasizes building infrastructure as code, automating tasks with Python, Ansible, and Terraform, and maintaining secure, compliant RHEL systems within a SCIF environment.

You will design and manage AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes deployments, and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD. Strong collaboration with peers and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience; or 10 years with a related Master's degree.
• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
• Little to no work from home; most work performed in a SCIF.
• Must be able to support an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Develop Infrastructure as Code and scripting to automate tasks using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Patch, harden, and maintain compliance of RHEL systems.
• Install, configure, and performance-tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud-native logging and metrics tools.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Manage AWS cloud platforms (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
