Job summary

VIA is seeking a Senior DevOps Specialist to lead deployment, security, and reliability of its Web3 data and identity protection solutions. You will own core infrastructure components, drive automation, and advance AI-influenced tooling in close partnership with the DevOps team.

You will shape cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling, ensuring rigorous security, observability, and scalable operations across multiple development cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience with IT infrastructure integration and network security best practices
• Strong deployment and monitoring proficiency across cloud-native stacks
• Ability to implement AI-driven automation and IaC practices
• Experience with security/compliance frameworks (CJIS, CMMC, SOC 2)

Responsibilities

• Shape and operate infrastructure and deployment systems
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling
• Improve reliability and observability via monitoring, alerts, and incident response
• Champion security/compliance within automated pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product teams to align priorities
• Identify and implement AI tools and agents to remove manual bottlenecks
