Job summary

DoubleVerify Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, DevSecOps to lead a group of engineers across DevSecOps, securing CI/CD, IaC pipelines, and AI/ML workloads. You will shape security practices, mentor teams, and align security with business goals.

You will oversee 2-5+ DevSecOps and security engineers, manage cloud-native security, and drive automation across traditional and AI workloads while partnering with engineering and data science teams to embed security into the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity/DevOps, or DevSecOps, with leadership of security teams across multiple infrastructure areas.
• Experience securing AI/ML pipelines, LLM security, and AI governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multiple DevSecOps teams, mentor and hire senior DevSecOps and security engineers, building high-performing teams focused on security excellence across traditional and AI workloads.
• Secure AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure by implementing security controls for model deployment environments, ensuring protection against AI-specific threats such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Establish AI security governance frameworks including policies for LLM usage, RAG systems security, MCP security, and AI supply chain risk management.
• Define and execute DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives and AI security best practices across the organization.
