Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT engineering, DevOps, Automation experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and middleware/platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks and infrastructure automation.
• Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of resilient, scalable DevOps and automation services across the IT landscape.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for DevOps engineering and automation capabilities.
• Define strategy, solution design, and governance across CI/CD, automation tooling, and infrastructure.
• Mentor staff, manage performance, and oversee budgets and resource planning.
• Drive improvements in deployment automation, test automation, resiliency, and operational controls.
• Collaborate with security teams on risk management and secure automation practices.
• Track KPIs and SLAs related to DevOps and automation services.
