Texas Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise-wide DevOps strategy and platform engineering. You will drive CI/CD/CT, IaC with Terraform, and security automation across multiple development teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong AWS expertise, hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools, and a passion for transforming software delivery while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field; or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy for DevOps across the enterprise.
• Develop processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime at scale.
• Automate build and deployment of applications throughout the lifecycle.
• Build monitoring solutions to improve visibility and control.
• Design and implement IaC using Terraform and Terraform Cloud (HCP).
• Develop container orchestration to support AWS deployments.
• Mentor junior DevSecOps team members and internal customers.
• Integrate security into software delivery with shift-left practices.
