OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer for the Detect & Discover team in Atlanta. You will own Kubernetes-based platforms across cloud and on‑prem, drive automation for node provisioning, and lead container hardening to reduce CVEs. You’ll mentor engineers and partner with security, product, and customer teams.

The role emphasizes production reliability, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure for enterprise customers, with an office-first, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Education in a technical field as listed in the requirements.
• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Expert Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, Docker, and networking knowledge.
• Strong multicloud platform experience across Azure/AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Develop automation for worker node provisioning using Helm, ARM, BICEP, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Lead container hardening and CVE reduction across components.
• Design monitoring, alerting, and self-healing with Datadog, Loki, Promtail.
• Ensure zero-downtime deployments, automated rollbacks, and GitOps practices.
