OneTrust is hiring a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to lead Kubernetes platforms across multi-cloud and on‑premises deployments. You will drive automation, container hardening, and scalable CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineers to improve reliability and security.

The role emphasizes production operations, platform observability, and collaboration with security, engineering, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, Docker, and networking.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP with depth in at least one.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Python, plus Bash scripting.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and NATS.
• Security scanning and container hardening in enterprise envs.
• Production support and agile enterprise software experience.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Kubernetes Platform Architecture: Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Deployment Automation & Marketplace Publishing: Develop automation using Helm, ARM, Terraform, CloudFormation for worker node provisioning.
• Container Hardening & Vulnerability Management: Lead container-hardening with secure base images and CVE reduction.
• CI/CD Releases Engineer: Maintain CI/CD pipelines, zero-downtime deployments, and GitOps practices.
• Observability & Platform Reliability: Design monitoring and self-healing capabilities with Datadog, Loki, Promtail.
• Incident Response and Product Support: Lead incident investigations and long-term remediation.
• Mentorship & Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams.
