Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the AI Governance Integrations team in Atlanta, GA. You will design and implement Java microservices, REST interfaces, and cloud-based architectures on Azure, working closely with product and UX teams.

As a senior contributor, you will mentor engineers, drive code quality with at least 80% test coverage, and influence architecture decisions for scalable governance solutions across our platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional software engineering/development experience (or 5+ years with a Master’s).
Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, REST, SQL/NoSQL, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

Develop Java microservices and libraries for Azure-based cloud apps.
Aim for 80% code coverage per team standards.
Collaborate with UX, PMs, and other developers on architecture and design.
Ensure sprint goals are met with high-quality deliverables.
