Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to lead platform strategy for Data Discovery, AI Governance, and related services. You will architect production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud and on-prem environments, drive container-hardening initiatives, and own automation of worker node provisioning with Terraform, Helm, and CloudFormation, enabling scalable deployments.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product security, and ensure reliability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud (AKS, EKS, GKE) and on-premises (K3s, MicroK8s) environments.
• Lead container-hardening program and reduce CVEs across distributed components.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitOps, ensuring zero-downtime deployments and full auditability.
• Design monitoring and observability and drive reliability for multi-tenant environments.
