Job summary

Scan.com is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in a hands-on, high-impact role. You will work across the cloud, on-prem-like scales, and HIPAA-regulated environments to mature DevOps practices.

You will build scalable IaC with Terraform, implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies, and embed security and compliance into CI/CD pipelines. AI-enabled tooling will accelerate risk analysis and automation across the estate.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC-2, ISO controls and their technical implementations.
• Experience with AWS, including EKS, RDS, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on DevOps work across network, servers, and cloud platforms as a senior contributor.
• Embed security and compliance into CI/CD, automation, and IaC practices.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability with CloudWatch, DataDog, and related tools.
• Automate security scanning and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform and declarative GitOps patterns (ArgoCD).
• Design deployment strategies including blue-green, canary, and automated rollbacks.
• Advance software supply chain security and AI-assisted risk analysis.
