Nubank is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to drive the overarching DevEx strategy across internal developer platforms, boundary APIs, and test automation. You will architect AI-native solutions to dramatically reduce review latency and boost engineering productivity at scale.

You will partner with senior leaders to elevate standards, own end-to-end tooling, and ensure safe, high-velocity software delivery across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Senior IC Leadership track record in backend systems.
• Deep DevEx and SDLC expertise across large orgs.
• Hands-on AI-assisted software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year DevEx and QA platform vision.
• Lead AI-driven code review evolution with automated tooling.
• Set human-in-the-loop boundaries for automated approvals.
• Partner with engineering and product managers to raise technical standards.
