Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development or platform engineering experience with CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and reusable workflow modules
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code generation, debugging, and documentation
• Experience with artifact management platforms (Artifactory) and release promotion patterns
• Ability to own and deliver squad-level software features or internal tools
• Strong technical writing for developer playbooks and migration guides

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver key components of developer platform initiatives across CI/CD modernization, artifact management, and GitOps rollouts
• Utilize AI pair-programming and automation tools to generate, refactor, and test CI/CD actions and deployment manifests
• Inspect, validate, and troubleshoot AI-assisted configurations ensuring production correctness and security
• Build and maintain reusable pipeline templates and clear developer documentation
• Support artifact publish/consume patterns and CI compute runner optimization
• Serve as a primary technical contact for platform rollouts and guiding migration steps
• Instrument pipeline automation with telemetry and drive continuous platform improvement
