Job summary

Interport Capital in Englewood, CO seeks an experienced Development Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction and major renovations across its CRE portfolio.

You will manage the full development lifecycle, coordinate with architects, GC teams, and authorities, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. The role offers a competitive base salary, bonus, comprehensive benefits, and co-investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CRE development or PM experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects >$10M in hospitality, self-storage, or commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (AIA), codes, zoning, and entitlements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; PMP/CCM preferred.
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple projects across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of development and capital improvement projects from pre-development to occupancy.
• Oversee GC procurement, bids, contracts, and construction administration for $5M–$50M+ projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities to secure entitlements and permits.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cash-flow projections; report to leadership and investors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, code compliance, and adherence to specs and ownership standards.
