Job summary

WCG Construction, located in Englewood, CO, is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion on-site. You will coordinate clients, architects, subcontractors, and field staff to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering and 5+ years of progressive GC experience, with CPM scheduling proficiency, Procore, and strong communication skills. This role offers competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field and 5+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor valued between $10 million to $30 million.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and revisions to agreements with architects, clients, and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Lead a project team and communicate project statuses and needs effectively.
• Process project change orders and budget modifications accurately.
