SelectLeaders is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to lead ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant improvements, and capital initiatives across a portfolio.

The role bridges ownership, design teams, and construction partners, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. Requires 7+ years in commercial construction or development PM, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of commercial construction or development project management experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, or large tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of commercial development projects from design through project closeout.
• Manage ground-up developments, redevelopment projects, tenant buildouts, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies for successful delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to specs.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Provide updates and milestone tracking to senior leadership.
