Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search in Denver seeks a Senior Development Manager to oversee multiple development phases across concurrent projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and programs are met. This role drives entitlements, due diligence, and procurement activities with a focus on turn‑key delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in development, 5+ years PM experience for a GC, and a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering or comparable field. Hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated (CM/Engineering or comparable).
• 10+ years total experience in development with entitlements, due diligence, design, construction.
• 5+ years in PM for a general contractor.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage entitlement process and due diligence discovery during acquisition.
• Assemble initial project development budget with input from acquisition team.
• Lead RFP processes to engage general contractor, design and consultant teams; manage design development and pre- and mid-construction.
• Review design docs for constructability and owner requirements; review GMP for value engineering.
• Interface with owner and executives and manage project closeout; procure vendors as needed.
