Job summary

Better Together seeks a Senior Manager of Development Operations to oversee systems, data integrity, dashboards, and forecasting for the Development team. You will drive grant lifecycle management, donor stewardship, and cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Marketing and Programs.

Ideal candidates are organized leaders with strong writing skills, who thrive in a remote-friendly environment and pursue creative solutions that advance the mission of ending poverty and strengthening families.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in nonprofit development.
• Technological requirements: Salesforce, Google Workspace and Basecamp.

• Florida resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Development operations, revenue forecasting, and donor stewardship.
• Manage grant lifecycle: proposals, reporting, renewals and funder communications.
• Coordinate with Programs, Finance, Marketing and leadership for data and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate fundraising data, dashboards, and revenue visibility.
• Lead a small team, with cross-functional collaboration across departments.
