Job summary

St. David's Developmental and Therapeutic Services is seeking a Development Operations Manager to strengthen the systems, processes, and campaigns that support a growing philanthropy program.

Reporting to the Director of Development, this role manages development data systems, donor engagement infrastructure, and annual giving initiatives. Ideal candidates are organized nonprofit development professionals who turn strategy into action and build effective systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
• 5+ years of nonprofit development experience; annual giving/operations or donor services preferred.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development data systems, processes, and donor engagement infrastructure.
• Plan and execute annual giving initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
• Collaborate with development, communications, finance, and program teams to turn strategy into action.
