Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Sr. Development Manager in Billings, MT. You will lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s and related peer-to-peer campaigns, cultivating corporate and community partnerships to drive revenue and participation.

The role requires recruiting and coaching volunteers, managing timelines and budgets, and traveling up to 60% to grow events. Salary ranges from $58,000–$68,000 with an incentive of up to $13,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven fundraising or volunteer management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach and manage volunteers and volunteers’ committees.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Do What You Love to End ALZ fundraising events.
• Cultivate community and corporate relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Coach volunteers to implement proven fundraising strategies.
• Manage event budgets and timelines with data-driven outcomes.
