Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Sr. Development Manager in Billings, MT to lead peer-to-peer walks such as Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Do What You Love to End ALZ. You will recruit and coach volunteers, build corporate and community partnerships, and drive event revenue while expanding volunteer networks and managing diverse teams.

You will travel up to 60% and work in a fast-paced environment with set timelines, budgets, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Confident, goal-oriented, independent with partners.
• Experience developing corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Ability to manage large numbers of volunteers and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
• Develop a comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategy and engage communities.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory to fulfill goals.
