Job summary

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Duluth, MN and surrounding areas. You will recruit and mobilize volunteers, cultivate community and corporate partnerships, and drive fundraising revenue to meet annual goals.

This full-time role offers opportunities to coach volunteer committees, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to grow participation and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Duluth, MN and surrounding areas.
• Cultivate community and corporate leaders; recruit volunteers.
• Coach volunteers and lead fundraising goals across events.
• Oversee event budgets and timelines and report progress.
