Job summary

Resolve to Save Lives is seeking a Senior Manager, Development to lead a portfolio of foundation and philanthropic funders, guiding relationships from identification through renewal and growth. This remote role covers the US and UK markets and reports to the Chief Development Officer.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in fundraising, strong proposal leadership, and a track record of six- to seven-figure awards, with excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years' experience in fundraising, development, or resource mobilization, incl. six- to seven-figure awards.
Direct experience managing foundation and philanthropic relationships end to end, incl. proposal development, reporting and renewal.
Experience in global health, international development, or a comparable mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of foundation and philanthropic funders and prospects, carrying each relationship through cultivation, solicitation, award and renewal.
Develop and execute annual engagement plans for significant relationships in the portfolio.
Serve as a key contact for funders, building trusted relationships with program officers and decision-makers.
Lead complex proposal and concept note development from opportunity assessment through submission.
Coordinate grant agreements and other partnership documents with legal and internal teams.
