Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in prospect research or equivalent field.
• Demonstrated expertise in prospect research technologies and data tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough research on individuals using internal and external sources to inform solicitation strategies.
• Provides strategy insights and monitors fundraising strategy for process and compliance.
• Oversees a balanced portfolio across an assigned team and ensures data hygiene for major gift prospects.
• Gathers and analyzes data on priority constituents to identify new opportunities and align donor interests.
• Verifies gift capacity and updates contact information for high-priority prospects.
• Engages in professional development to stay current on best practices.
