Job summary

RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association is seeking a Development Director to lead a comprehensive fundraising program across corporate partnerships, foundations, individual major gifts, and events. The role guides strategy and executes hands-on to scale revenue and build infrastructure.

You will work closely with the CEO and external consultants, managing a $3M+ fundraising ambition while expanding donor engagement and ensuring measurable impact for fertility care

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience across multiple channels.
• Proven track record securing six‑figure gifts and managing multi‑million dollar portfolios.
• Experience building and leading development teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and fundraising technology platforms.
• Strategic thinker with project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive development program spanning corporate partnerships, foundations, individual major gifts, and events.
• Own the full donor and partner lifecycle from prospecting through solicitation, renewal, and multi-year growth.
• Design sponsorships, proposals, and gift asks aligned with funder priorities and outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and manage partnership agreements and deliverables.
• Manage donor activation, stewardship, and pipeline forecasting across channels.
• Build and lead the development team and coordinate with external fundraising consultants.
• Develop SOPs, templates, timelines, and workflows for cultivation and fulfillment.
