Job summary

The Outreach Team in the United States is seeking a Regional Director to lead and grow our face-to-face fundraising network, overseeing multiple offices and campaigns for national clients.

You’ll manage teams, travel regularly, and partner with directors to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly donor deliverables while maintaining donor quality and equity goals.

This remote role requires strong leadership, reporting, and a commitment to safety and inclusion as we scale our programs.

Qualifications

• Previous staff management and canvass experience.
• Track record of equity and inclusion.
• Self-starter with strong problem solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple regional offices and ensure donor deliverables.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
• Write and edit daily and weekly project reports to clients.
