Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• Minimum 6 years fundraising experience, including annual fund or major gifts.
• Prior supervisory experience in a fundraising team.
• Knowledge of public media preferred; experience with executive/board leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fund and major gifts strategy to generate ~ $2M annually.
• Develop and oversee the Murrow Society donor program and stewardship.
• Collaborate with NEPM President on priority donors and prospects.
• Supervise and coach a team of fundraising professionals.
• Serve as liaison for NEPM Board of Advisors and support board meetings.
• Coordinate with GBH Development, Membership, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Represent GBH and NEPM throughout Western Massachusetts.
