GBH's New England Public Media (NEPM) in Springfield, MA is seeking a Senior Development Officer to manage a donor portfolio and lead engagement across annual fund, major gifts, bequests, and grants. The role includes strategy development for Murrow Society and collaboration with senior leadership to boost donor support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant, progressively complex work experience, annual fund and/or major gifts experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of ~150 prospects and donors, developing and executing individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to achieve donor engagement, retention, and revenue goals.
• Qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward individuals through in-person meetings as well as event engagement and video, phone and written communications.
• Partner closely with Senior Development Manager and Development Assistant on strategies to engage donors and strengthen retention.
• Prepare proposals, briefings and reports and meet regularly with donors.
• Record and track all donor activity using NEPM’s CRM.
