Job summary

Veradigm eChartCourier (eCC) is seeking a Senior Manager Development to lead the eCC Engineering team across Software Development, QA, DevOps/Platform, Architecture, and Support. You will ensure staffing, roadmap delivery, platform reliability, and engineering standards across the product line.

This hands-on technical leader will forecast resources, manage budgets, define KPIs, coach engineers, and drive global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical / business experience, required
• 10+ years full stack development experience
• 4 -7 years of relevant leadership experience including directing the work of others, preferred
• Bonus: experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR, CCDA) or regulated/HIPAA environments

Responsibilities

• Manage eCC Engineering team resources across Software Development, QA/Testing, DevOps/Platform, Architecture, and Support Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle to deliver scalable eChartCourier solutions.
• Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives and ensure platform reliability.
• Set team objectives, KPIs, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
