Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a Senior Manager Development to lead the eChartCourier (eCC) engineering team in Raleigh, NC. You will guide full stack delivery, drive the product roadmap, and ensure scalable, high‑quality software across multiple engineering domains.

You will own resource planning, mentoring, and performance management, while coordinating with global counterparts. Travel to the Raleigh office 1–2 times monthly may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years full stack development experience.
• 4-7 years of leadership experience including directing others.
• Bonus: healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) or regulated/HIPAA environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through full software development lifecycle.
• Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives and ensure engineering standards.
• Forecast resources and allocate software/QA staff across programs.
• Define, lead and audit development processes and quality initiatives.
• Manage budgets, headcount, costs and expenses as required.
