Job summary

Veradigm Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Development to lead the eCC Engineering team across Software Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Support. You will drive delivery of the eChartCourier platform, mentor engineers, manage budgets, and ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance.

Travel to the Raleigh office is expected 1-2 times a month and the role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years full stack development experience.
• 4-7 years of leadership experience directing the work of others.
• Bonus: healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) or regulated/HIPAA environments.
• Hands-on AWS, CI/CD, and production system ownership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage eCC Engineering team resources across software development, QA, DevOps, architecture and support.
• Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives and ensure platform reliability and standards.
• Forecast resources, define goals/KPIs, and coach staff for performance and growth.
• Own budgetary and headcount planning, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
