Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive development of secure, scalable product features in an agile environment. You will be hands-on in planning, coding, testing, deploying, and releasing solutions while mentoring and growing your team.

Responsibilities include architecture leadership, setting KPIs, and recruiting top talent. Strong communication and 12+ years of hands-on experience are required. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• 7+ years designing and building highly scalable consumer-facing web apps.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies (Typescript, React, Angular).
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and SOA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of secure, robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive products from discovery to release with technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product/design to solve customer problems.
• Balance engineering costs, testing, deployment, and run-time costs.
• Develop people: recruiting, training, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Set team objectives and KPIs to drive high performance.
• Recruit internal/external talents to ensure skilled mix.
• Implement development plans and mentor engineers to maximize talent.
