P.S. ARTS Senior Development Manager location in Santa Monica, CA leads individual donor campaigns up to $10k and manages signature events and fundraising campaigns.

The role blends front-line fundraising with project management to expand giving and events for the organization’s mission. Collaborate with the Advancement Director and team to develop and execute fundraising strategies, manage donor relations, track budgets, and travel for events as needed; office hours with some nights and

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience leading fundraising campaigns.
• Direct experience securing $10k and under individual gifts from new and renewal sources.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategy from start to finish.
• Exceptionally strong organization and project management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge and Mailchimp.

• Engage and secure individual donors (<$10k).
• Lead campaigns and audience-specific activations with the Advancement Director.
