Job summary

All Seniors Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Los Angeles County, seeking a Director of Development to lead strategic fundraising across major gifts, grants, annual giving, and donor events. You will manage the Grant Writer and Development Manager, set revenue targets with the CEO and Board, and serve as the organization’s external face to major donors.

Qualifications

7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results.
3+ years managing development staff.
Strong major-gifts cultivation track record (gifts of $25K+)
Bachelor’s in nonprofit management, communications, or related; CFRE certification preferred.
Experience with healthcare or aging-services fundraising a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team including Grant Writer, Fundraising Manager, and Marketing Coordinator.
Develop and execute multi-year development strategy with annual revenue targets.
Personally cultivate and steward top 20–30 major donors and prospects.
Lead planned-giving program and major-gift solicitations ($25K+).
Partner with CEO and Board on strategic fundraising initiatives.
Report fundraising metrics, donor demographics, and outcomes to leadership and Board.
