Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results.
• 3+ years managing development staff.
• Strong track record in major gifts (gifts of $25K+).
• Experience in healthcare or aging-services fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team including Grant Writer and Fundraising Manager.
• Develop and execute multi-year development strategy with revenue targets.
• Cultivate and steward major donors and prospects.
• Lead planned-giving program and major-gift solicitations.
• Report fundraising metrics and outcomes to leadership.
