Qualifications
3+ years fundraising or major-gifts experience with measurable revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable building relationships with high-net-worth donors.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Raisers Edge, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
CFRE certification a plus.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of 80–120 major-gift prospects.
Lead the annual giving campaign including direct mail, email, and digital appeals.
Plan and execute donor cultivation events.
Steward existing major donors with personalized touchpoints.
Develop planned-giving and legacy-giving programs.
