Job summary

Meals on Wheels San Francisco is seeking a Senior Development Associate to support fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and campaigns. You will manage projects, coordinate grants, and optimize CRM processes to strengthen donor relationships and ensure accurate data and timely reporting.

The role collaborates with Development leadership and cross‑department colleagues to deliver impactful fundraising programs while maintaining compliance and donor confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with donor databases, data management, reporting.
• Ability to manage projects from planning to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.
• Grant administration experience.
• Experience coordinating direct mail, digital fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee fundraising operations and campaigns.
• Support donor stewardship and communications across channels.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, and campaign materials.
• Prepare donor communications, briefings, and presentations.
• Manage grants calendars, reporting, and submissions.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting.
• Collaborate withFinance, Programs, and leadership on fundraising priorities.
